DUAL 2-INPUT POSITIVE-AND GATE

     The SLP74LVC2G08 is a dual 2-input And Gate. The device is designed for 1.65V to 5.5V Vcc operation and performs the function Y=A?B. The device is specially designed for protect performance during power down using Power-Down-Protect circuit. The Power-Down-Protect circuitry disables the output drivers, preventing the damaging outside current back through the device when it is powered down.

  •  Latch up performance exceeds 250mA

  •  Specified from -40°C to +85°C and from -40°C to +125°C
